VisiCase Languages is driven by a powerful rostering engine designed to allocate interpreters based on best match criteria like gender, employment status, language proficiency, internal rating and work preferences. When an interpreter is selected, they receive a notification. If no response is received, a new interpreter is selected and contacted.
The system allows for automated allocation (system selection, system notification), semi-automated allocation (manual selection, system notification) and manual allocation (manual selection, manual notification).
VisiCase Languages automates the entire costing process, supporting client costing schedules and payment plans prepared in advance and automatically operational at the due date.

VisiCase Languages provides an operational overview of the status of all jobs, as well as real-time online management reports. The reports are tabular or in a graph format, ready for use in annual reports and other documents. Running reports is easy – just click on the menu, select the report, fill in any filters and click on the button. All reports are printable and can be downloaded into an Excel file.
VisiCase Languages is cloud-based, meaning all users can work on the same system, at the same time, regardless of time or location.
Each user is allocated a security profile or set of permissions that dynamically generates their unique menus and work lists, and dictates what information and functions they have access to in the system. For example, a customer may see jobs and run their own reports, while booking officers process bookings and interpreters accept jobs.
