The new NDIA participant/provider portal PACE is up and running as of the 31st of October.
The gradual full rollout is an estimated 18 months out but may be longer depending on how provider and participant feedback will affect upcoming improvements.
VisiCase Australia has updated its CMS solution for current customers (and all prospective customers) with catalogue updates in place to reflect the new support categories. The product will continue to support both the old and new systems with new releases in line with the timing of enhancements and changes.
We expect most agency-managed participants to switch over at their next plan-review date, while the timeline for multi-year plans is to be determined. In the meantime, logins will remain unchanged for the current (provider) PRODA portal.
